Push hand primary technique (pluck, rend, elbow, bump)

Pushing hands always talked the four secondary techniques, when two people are pushing hands using the four techniques of pluck, bump, rend, elbow, which are facing each other, repeating the cycle over and over again, back and forth between the two people. To begin, they salute from the each other and cross their right hands, with his right arm in front of chest and bent elbow, his right hand touching B’s right hand at the wrist, his left arm bends to paste B's right elbow joint one another.

A pulls his right foot to rear for making a horse-riding stance, to take his right hand grabbed the opponent right wrist, and uses the left hand to pluck the opponent right elbow joint, and then makes the large rollback to rear.

B promptly takes relaxing the right hand and steps his left foot to the left side, then moving his right foot to step forward between A’s legs. At the same time, his right arm extends downward, his shoulder going along with A’s rollback energy, and bumps forward into A’s chest with his left hand assisting by pushing the inside of his right arm. Both people are still facing each other.

A uses the body going up and turning left and takes right hand grabbed B’s right wrist and move left hand to catch B’s right elbow joint, then turn body to right side and to squat body with rending.

B goes along with A’s rending energy and withdraws the right elbow back to the front chest, the elbow point to forward A’s chest and then B uses the left hand to push on the right fist which movement for assisting the elbow attack.

A pulls the right foot to rear for removing the elbow attack. At the same time, uses the right hand to catch B’s right wrist and take the left hand grabbed B’s right elbow joint for plucking down. It is what repeats the cycle over and over again.

Both people have returned the posture by crossing their right hands and this whole sequence may continue to practice. This is called the pushing hands method for the four secondary techniques. Everybody practice the push hand in the four primary methods, secondary technique and primary technique, which are the foundation method just keeping relaxing and release. In order to safe relation we just follow the soft and turn waist as without any energy.  This movement is very good that can improve our health and reduce any joint sore.
