34. Step forward and ward off

 

    Go up your body and sink down two hands. Move your weight to your rear right foot and turn your body and your left toe 45 degrees turn to the left side. As your weight shifts, raise your body slightly until your right knee is a one-quarter squat. At the same time, open your right hand and withdraw it toward your left thigh, fingers pointing down and palm facing your body.

    Transfer your weight to your left foot. And step straight forward with your right foot and place the heel on the ground, without weight, foot pointing front. Begin to raise your hands toward the center of your body at shoulder level, right palm facing you and left palm facing down. When your hands are about halfway to your shoulder, shift your body to right foot until heel complete step on the ground.

    Shift the most part of your weight to your right foot and rotate your body to the right until you face directly front. At the same time, complete the hand movements necessary to this position. Then rollback, press, push, and single whip follow as in the previous explanation.

    In really practice: If the opponent turns his body and attacks me with his left hand, I shift to my rear leg and turn out my left toe. I then shift my weight on my left leg, open my right fist and ward off upward. The right leg follows, taking a step forward.
