38. Turn around and sweep the lotus with leg
Turn your body slightly to the left. As you turn, bring your left hand moves to left rear with the palm facing forward and fingers pointing down, and move your right hand, palm in, near your left hip to help the body turn.
Pivot on your right toes and rotate your body to the right in a full circle, using your left arm and left leg to generate a momentum. As you begin rotate, sweep your left foot a fraction of an inch above the ground. When your body has turned somewhat more than halfway, set your left heel down and, as you continue turning, and to shift your weight to the left foot. Continue to turn until you again face front. At this point, all your weight is on your left foot points an oblique angle. Your left toe just touches the ground. Hands are at abdomen level, shoulder width apart, palms down.
Raise your right foot and, with a slight hip rotation, sweep the right toe across your palms from left to right, just like a wind waving the lotus leaves. Insure that your right knee is raised high enough to contact your toe.
