39. Bend bow and shoot tiger
Step forward with the right foot, set the heel down first, foot pointing outward 15 degree, and begin to shift weight to foot. As weight shift, rotate your body to the right as far as possible to lower and then raise your hands in a circle to your right side. Form the hands into loose fists as they rise.
Reverse the rotation of your body until you face an oblique angle. This results in only a slight turn. Use this turn to bring your fists forward, both pointing toward diagonally to the right, the right fist reaches the right forehead, the left wrist drops to the side of the left hip, the two fists face each other as in bending a bow to shoot the tiger. As your hands move forward, look in the direction of the punches and turn your left toe inward 45 degrees until the foot point front.
