We always talked the four movements pluck, rend (lock), elbow, and bump (lean) in practicing Tai Chi Chuan. I am not a American sometime forgot above the words in teaching class. I requested the sweat to flow out for heartening spirit, this point is very important when close the class must be practicing a few muscle movement, since every body has flew the sweat on the forehead that will hearten their spirit.(8/9)
Today is tenth of august in Saturday, my Tai Chi Chuan class practice in the Washington park during 9-11 AM for push hand. I told the students that the push hand is a very nice movement, it will improve health and learning protect myself skill. I find a apoplexy lady in the bus. We talk about medical treatment for apoplexy, she look at my cloth sign "U Jin Tai Chi Chuan" then ask me the Tai Chi Chuan would be helpful her apoplexy, since I teach her to turn slightly her shoulder 100 times per day may help to the no work finger, she is turning her shoulder right away then appear to smile on her face, she say that after the movement felt her so comfortable, she thanks me, I said you are welcome.
