27. Golden cock stands on one leg (right side)
As your left hand is thrust forward your body rise. Bend your left leg slight and shift your weight to your left foot and being to rise. Simultaneously, raise your left hand, fingers leading and palm vertical, to a point slightly above and forward of your left shoulder. Rotate your body to the left until you face the front. At the same time, turn your right toe inward 45 degrees until it points right side, and rotate your left hand clockwise until the palm faces out.
The moment 100 per cent of your weight reaches your left foot, draw your right foot and, releasing its hook, bring your right hand in toward the front of your right hip. Continue these movements by raising your right knee in front of you to solar plexus level and thrusting upward with your right hand, fingers leading, until the right forearm extends upward vertically above the right knee, when raise your right hand and right leg, bent at the knee, so that your toes point down. Simultaneously, lower the left hand; palm down to a point just to your left thing, your left hand lightly touches your left thing. Avoid bending forward at the waist as you raise your right knee.
