  • The concept of Tai Chi Chuan energy

    It was very important concept, I like to take part in Tai Chi Chuan that best cause was pursue myself hearth, so I always was to understand and appreciate related to me the internal energy from Tai Chi Chuan. The concept of energy flowing direction is based on the traditional Chinese meridian (jingluo) theory. According to Chinese medicinal concepts that internal energy offers our overall strength for ourselves body, the physical strength also was known Qi. While Qi provides to the power source to support our body structure for moved the lifelong.
 
    The Qi consist of the Yin and Yang energy underlie all existence, which flows into the body on a specific road we known as meridians in China, the road spiral throughout the body and different internal organs including heart, lungs, liver, kidney, stomach, and digestive system. Thus balancing the internal Yin energy with the external Yang energy is the main goal for a Tai Chi Chuan practitioner. According to Chinese thought, Yin energy is soft and deep thinking Qi to flow without blockages, and the Yang energy is strength and explosion enhancing Qi to strong body’s structure. To enter this quality, each movement in Tai Chi Chuan corresponds to Yin and Yang; one side of the body is always Yin or empty, while the other side is Yang or full. This dually balance of forces in the body, demanding that one’s structures is relaxed yet stable, internal solid yet externally soft.

  • U-Jin Tai Chi Chuan Journal is the valuable information

    For several tens year practicing, we had published the U-Jin Tai Chi Journal over two years. This Journal has the valuable instruction and information about Tai Chi Chuan concepts. Today many teachers find the principles and theories to exist too much problems, all of them want further to understand. In that time my students have gradually offered their point of view, although these views only were belonging to themselves thought, therefore, it is important for beginners. It is difficult to illustrate the various kinds of questions, any teacher have himself point of view, but it is not able to answer these questions more fully. Now Tai Chi Chuan is getting more popular and more many people in the world are trying to learn it. Therefore we want to exert ourselves efforts to write a simple learning experience to use simple language for the benefit of beginner in health and safety. This Journal may serve as an introduction approach to obtain the valuable information.
 
In the Tai Chi Chuan 37 forms description, the pictures were taken from my students and were illustrated the 37 forms in detail description. Each exercise is performed to involve two purposes, first is developed the posture movements, and next is trained for its application for pragmatic skills. By the posture is meant the movements and rhythm that make up the exercise art. And by its application is meant its usefulness to take care of their health and self-defense. Since these double aims often confuse the beginner, we concern with the Tai Chi Chuan as physical exercise rather than as a fighting sport. The students may redesign with this purpose in health view. Very simple explanations can help beginners to understand the profound principles. It is further explained the continuity and connection of the movements, their speed and rhythm, so as to remove any doubt or misunderstanding depending on journal valuable instruction.

  • 太極拳成功的定義

    當你志願成為醫生,從小就需要比別人更努力讀書,終於通過醫生檢定取得執照,因此獲得比一般民眾更高的收入,改善了生活品質,提升了社會地位,得到親朋好友的尊重,這是追求成功的定義。但是學太極拳,個人認為是追求身體健康,沒有收入利益也沒有社會地位,好像談不上成功兩個字。若是轉為階段式探討,或許可以勉強來解釋。第一階段學一套拳,跟著老師一招一式慢慢學,熟記角度、方向、手法與呼吸。事實上大部分動作都簡單易學,只有少數動作比較困難,需要加強一點體力與平衡練習,很快就學會了。學會了整套拳後,一定要報名套路比賽,從區域到全國及國際性錦標賽,從失敗中學習完美,只要獲得一張獎牌,滿足個人的期待,樂意與他人分享,這也算是成功的定義。第二階段學太極拳推手,跟著老師學習放鬆與技巧,再進入實際對抗的練習,這個階段需要勤練實用技巧,特別需要加強功力,熟悉動作。學到技術熟練時,應報名比賽,從失敗中激勵自己,學習到謙虛的態度,當獲得一張獎牌後,證明自己擁有良好的推手技巧,當然也是推手成功的定義。第三階段是推廣太極拳,以教練的身份傳授太極拳,引導正確的運動價值,從專業技術中體會與創新太極拳的技術、養身與氣功技巧,維持太極拳世代流傳,這是太極拳最成功的定義。
   
   學習太極拳要心情平靜,要樂觀進取,要溶入運動群體中。一個人不能孤立自己,要參與喜歡的團體,在群體的交流中成長。要督促自己,經常出來運動,要喜歡運動,最好的督促方式就是參加比賽,激勵自己不斷的練習,在失敗中了解人上有人,不會自以為了不起,平常對練時自然會客客氣氣。真正體會學習武術的真髓,不是學拳打腳踢,是學保護自己的安全,改善自己的健康與延長自己的壽命。學會後要當教練,做傳承工作,把太極拳的好處傳給更多人,讓更多人健康。因此我希望多主辦比賽,大家多參加比賽,比賽是推廣最好的方法,是傳承太極拳最好的手段。

  • 太極拳運動的特徵

我們常常聽到運動會帶來健康,我們也知道運動會舒緩情緒,是人生中極為重要的生活要項。只要你經常出來運動,雖然你一時沒有感覺身體特別好,但是疾病會慢慢離你遠去。反之,你懶得運動,即使你的身體依然健在,但是疾病已經慢慢侵犯你了。當我看到那麼多癌症病患,在往生前的痛苦與哀嚎,馬上會提醒自己趕快出去運動。腦筋裡會浮現老天的警語:當老天爺呼喚你時,都會送癌症給你。雖然人無法勝天,但是可以防範,要使疾病遠離,就需要經常運動。
 
運動項目的選擇,劇烈的運動迎合青少年朋友,讓年青人充分消耗體力,玩到精疲力盡。中度的運動適合女性與中年人,他們需要適宜的動作,與花費較長的時間,獲得一樣的運動能量。緩和的運動較符合年長與復健者,他們需要顧慮心臟的負荷,追求延年益壽的效果。由於體力強度與運動量具有絕對的關係,我們遵守著運動與體質的平衡,年齡越大運動量越輕,才能帶來身體健康。若是違反這個原則,運動將無法帶來健康反而遭受傷害。所以在提倡運動的前提下,必須告知參與者事先做好選擇,適合個人體質與年齡的運動項目。

  • Describe the use of Tai Chi Chuan for beginner

 Tai Chi Chuan, once an exercise practiced by only devoted disciples in China and in Taiwan, and now become an internationally recognized the regimen art. The international popularity prompted me to explain the detail movement in U Jin journal for the 37 forms that would help familiarizes them into the best instruction.
