Begin your practice of Tai Chi Chuan by running through a preparation detailed description, and move on to learning Tai Chi 37 form. It is essential to be in a mental and physical state of relaxed awareness before practicing the form. Stand quietly in a peaceful environment, and take a few deep breaths. Deepen your breathing, filling the lower half of your lungs first, and allow your diaphragm to stretch down toward the Dan Ten in the abdomen. Work in numerical order through the points shown below, and move onto the form.
