10. Lift hands
Single whip posture. Turn your left toe inward to a property angle. Begin to shift your weight to your left foot, allowing the heel of your right foot to empty out. At the same time, release the hook forming by your right hand, and turn it and the left hand so that both palms face open. Just before your all weight reaches your left foot, begin to rotate your body toward the right. Looking forward, but with your body facing left oblique, slowly bring your hands and arms toward each other until the left palm faces is near to the right elbow. Simultaneously with the hand movements, move your right foot to left in front of you, raising the right toes slightly. So that the right foot down is bearing no weight, with only the heel touching the ground.
