25. Cloud hands (left hand)
Begin to shift your weight to your right foot. As weight shifts, lower your left hand to the level of your lower abdomen and raise your right hand to a point slightly above the solar plexus. As your hands move, revolve them so the palms face your body at a fist distance. Begin to rotate your body clockwise. As you turn, your hands move in a circle in front of your body toward your right side. When your hands pass the middle of your body, weight is about equal between the two feet. Continue to shift your weight until it is all weight on the right foot and to rotate your body until it faces oblique right. As your weight shift and body rotation conclude, your hands will have reached your right side and turned so the right hand is palm down at armpit level and the left hand palm up at lower abdomen level. Palms face one another as if holding a ball of air. Finish the movement by taking a small step to the left with your left foot. Place the foot so it is parallel with the right foot, toes even, with not quite double shoulder width separating the feet. Place no weight on the left foot.
