12. White crane spread wings
Begin to shift your weight forward until all weight rests on your right foot. Simultaneously, start to raise your right hand and rotate it until the palm facing forward near your right temple and fingers extending upward. As the right hand rises, the left hand lowers and moves, palm down and to the rear, toward a point just to your left thigh. As your weight shifts to your right foot, turn your body to the left side rest at an angle of 90 degrees until the hips and shoulders face almost directly forward. As the movement concludes, raise the body slightly, and move the left foot to diagonally right, without weight and with only the toe touching ground. Insure that both hands and your left foot reach their terminal positions at the same instant.
