14. Play lute (lift hand at left)
Increase the weight on the left leg, without moving your hands, leaning forward, transfers all your weight to the front of your left foot. To keep from elevating the body, bend the left knee a bit more position. Raise the back of your right foot slightly off the ground and set it down again, toe touching first at an angle of 45 degrees to the left foot. The direction in which it points is slightly more slant toward right. Shift your weight to your right foot. The instant your weight begins to shift, raise your left hand and bring it across toward the right. Lower your right hand until your right palm faces near away from your left elbow. The moment your left foot is free to move, shift it to the right more and set it down, bearing no weight, with just the heel touching ground. Coordinate the movement of the left foot with that of the hands and the body so that all action concludes at the same instant.
